Waking up fresh every day! Isn't this what most of us struggle with every new day? We all knowing the benefits of waking up fresh every day and the impact it will have on our quality of life. But still, most of us struggle to achieve this daily morning. I am no exception to this and hence will try to analyze the reason why I couldn't be as consistent waking up fresh daily as on some random days, I could come up with few ideas on how to wake up fresh every day.
Before embarking on our topic today, it is vital that you should introspect on your own lifestyle and habits, especially what you do before bedtime so that you have a clear idea on what should be done and what can be neglected. Once you are ready with your introspection, prepare the list on the same and start following it. Yeah, I know it's tough to follow it, but believe me, in the end, this is what will matter the most, especially when it comes to a healthy you.

1) No matter who you are, you need 7.5 hours of sleep to stay productive the next day.
2) Make a good sleep pattern.
3) Ditch the snooze. Honestly, waking up a few minutes later won't make you feel fresh instead it could make you feel the need to sleep more.
4) Get out of the bed immediately as you wake up.
5) As soon as you wake up, drink a glass of water to increase your sense of wakefulness.
6) Wake up early and get important things done before everyone else.
7) Keep the last hour of the day to induce sleep in your body.
8) Exercise during the day.
9) Eat and drink responsibly.
10) Avoid alcohol, drugs, and medication.
11) Avoid nap.
12) Get the sun on your face.
