If you have the greatest idea in the world but if you are unable to convince other people, then that idea is useless. Most of us get the strike with better ideas at our workplace and many among us are unable to convince our ideas to others and in the process, our ideas don't get a count on.


So, here's a list of how to become a great convincer:

1) Be the change you want others to adopt.
2) Add some authority to your personality by writing articles.
3) Publicly declaring commitments make people stick to them even if they disagree.
4) Be a likable person.
5) Bring unity in your team's thought process.
6) Announce a prize for the best performer.
7) Ask a request right after you've submitted an important project.

Now that you have gone through the above list, I hope that the next time you strike with a golden idea, you don't find a great deal convincing other people.
