Considering the fast paced life we are living in today with everything we need is just a click away, it is highly important that we should keep specific distance between our office and personal life. The main reason for this is so that we don't end up feeling stressed up by trying to meet both our professional deadlines and personal duties and responsibilities. So here I am going to share how to keep the distance between the office and personal life.

1) Schedule tasks that need to be done in the office and at home.
2) Do not take leftover work back home.
3) Separate unimportant messages into a junk folder.
4) Say no if you don't have the time.
5) Do not rush from work to home and vice versa. Give yourself some space.
